Well, my parents had to call the police on our neighbor again last night. He was harassing my mom and being obscenely rude to her once more. The police suggested that she start keeping a log of what this guy does and file for a restraining order. If she were to do that, obviously the proximity kind of restraining order wouldn’t do much because the guy lives across the street from us and never actually comes close to us. But they said the judge could rule that the man can’t talk to her, and if he does, they can arrest him. I hope that happens, I would love to see that guy arrested, I just don’t feel safe whenever he’s around.
